In the midst of Winter I spent two weeks within the Arctic Circle and went on a road trip.
In fact the Lofoten Islands very often offer mild Winters due to the Gulf Stream bringing warm water. On our way through the backland though, we drove on icy roads through - 18°C to -22°C.
